Lol are they?? Thank you! 🩵 I will say, they’ve always been this awkward. They were less severe before too.

You have a few tics that are somewhat self deprecating, do you feel that they compound to negatively effect your self esteem?

Hi Waffle, I’m just now answering this from an actual year ago. 😭 Honestly, my mean tics are so meaningless to me haha. They don’t make me feel bad, which kind of surprises me because intrusive negative thoughts affect my self-esteem a lot. Worst case, those kinds of tics make me feel embarrassed if someone hears me and seems caught off guard or uncomfortable.Â
