If you know me a lil by now, you know that coffee is the way to my heart! I am all about coffee, I drink coffee all the time and my favorite is by Gloria Jeans (large Late with extra shot of espresso) but sadly, we only have 1 Gloria Jeans left in Bucharest and that is just exactly 20 km from where I live (28 min drive with no traffic - just put it into Waze :)) ). So, it occurred to me this week that I could make my own GJ coffee and turn myself into a lil barista if I had all the tools necessary and I practiced til I got it right. Or maybe at least get close to the amazing taste of their late. So, I have been researching the internet and I have picked the best espresso machine for my goal (it's exactly the one in the picture) and I am really excited to begin my journey as my own personal barista! And yours! Because if you, guys, want to help with my goal, I will pay you back in espressos! Thank you for contributing! <333
